Unfortunately cannot provide a good review for Dowdy Electric. We had them out to quote the install of a new outlet above our microwave (and hang the microwave) and they quoted us at $760. The competition came out and did it for $315.. Our technician was very nice and professional, however I cannot get over the ridiculous quote to install an outlet and microwave..

King Electric has done many projects for us in our old historic home in Ft. Ben. John is always honest and truthful with the level of effort to complete the job. His work is excellent and has stood the test of time. We have used John for re-wiring jobs, new electrical in an attic and garage, several new receptacles, lots of new light fixtures including moving of the light locations. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have been out at our house three times and they have been awful. Never clean up after themselves, don't fix the issues, and they left our house and said that they had an emergency and NEVER came back. We were stuck with a bill. CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company was sent to us from our warranty company.
