The wiring in one of our light switches was randomly sparking. They were able to set us up with an appointment within a week. Billy P. was the technician who came out to the house. He was friendly, considerate, and patient. He not only explained what was wrong, but also explained how it went wrong and how he was going to fix it.

I have other electric projects I would like completed and will certainly utilize their services in the future.

The Advance Electric team was prompt, efficient, and very informative in diagnosing our problem. After finding a big issue with our electrical work in our house, Barb and the team we able to provide insight as to what would need to be done, while helping us move forward on the other aspects of the project.

I hired them to install 5 outdoor sconces. They came out on time and did the work quickly. There were some difficult aspects of the install, but they handled them perfectly. I am very pleased and would hire them again in the future

Not a good experience at all, I called them 30min after the 8am appointment to ask if they were still planning on coming today to be told “we had a team meeting this morning, they will be there in 15min, it is what it is”. Arrived an hour late and then I come home to this is how they leave the electrical panel. Horrible experience.

Good size company. Service Electricians have it rough...the pay does not compensate a skilled worker that has to be his own secretary...the paperwork and process they use wares on you quickly! Deem does same way...if they paid more,it may not be so bad. It is like running service calls as an independant Contractor,but getting paid $24 hr. You get a phone and van,both used as tracking devices. They have a hard time keeping guys. I dont have to imagine why.

I am a property manager and have used Frye several times on homes that I have under contract. These guys know their stuff. They are prompt and get right to it. Knowledgeable and reasonable in cost, too. Let's face it, a licensed electrician isn't going to work for nothing, but I don't want to be gouged, either. Their prices are what I would call reasonable, and I've always been satisfied. From the lady who answers the phone, to Michael who does the scheduling, right down to the electricians they send out, is is a pleasant experience throughout. Officer manager has terrible social skills. Instead of listening to what a costumer is asking she automatically jumped to conclusions. I would never deal with costumer service and office manager.
