Best Fire Alarm in Indianapolis IN

I used them many time and had no problem until this last time. STAND OVER YOUR TECHNICIAN TO MAKE SURE THEY WORK FAST. I have 2 light to be changed and a bedroom ceiling fan to be replaced. Also a wall socked to be mounted but was not on there order when he got here. He was a new guy and it took him over 2 hours to replace the bedroom ceiling fan before I told him it was ok to move on. Took less the 10 min to replace the dinning room light. Took him over an hour to replace a motion light because he had to leave to get a part God knows where when there was an Ace Hardware walking distance. He was gone 40min. He had to call to get help many times. He was suppose to be here at 9:30 but got here at 12 and at 5 another guy had to come and help. But guess I was stuck with paying $578.00. I call them to let them know how I felt and lets just say the owner was acting like a child so I told him I was going to my bank to see if I could get half of what I paid back. They docked the paperwork and the bank refused to help. By the way the ceiling fan cannot be used on high because he never get it leveled out and it rocks. Do not have a conversation with them because they will talk their time but you will have to pay. Stand over them so they can get it done. Will never use them again.

Called yesterday to get an estimate. They came today and called ahead to see if it was alright to show up early. Estimate was lower than the others I have received and because it is an easy job they are doing the work tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with the fair price, fast response, and friendly professional manner of everyone that I have dealt with.

Technicians were out this morning to do the work. They were on time and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.

Repairman was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative. I passed the company information on to another potential client.

We were experiencing a disturbing intermittent issue with a 3-way fixture. Having put it off long enough, we called trusted professionals. The Electrifying technician quickly deduced the cause of our problem and made the repair. He was prepared and had everything needed in his truck. As a frugal homeowner, I appreciate a single call without need for parts retrieval.

We needed an extensive job done our home which included updating the electrical in our home from the old knob/tube (100+yr old home in Meridian Kessler) to updated modern electrical work. This was a large job, the crew that Kevin sent out (Billy and Juan) were great! They were on-time/early everyday, communicated with us as they progressed, asked for our input as they worked, and cleaned up after themselves everyday which was a nice bonus since we were still living in the home thing the repairs.

Officer manager has terrible social skills. Instead of listening to what a costumer is asking she automatically jumped to conclusions. I would never deal with costumer service and office manager.
