This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.

Excellent service. A competing company told me a repair would
need new parts and cost $3500. Adam diagnosed the issue and corrected it for a nominal service charge. Stephanie in scheduling was also excellent, prompt, and accessible.

Rob and Casey were excellent to work with on the business side of things. They walked me through the process step by step and were always available to answer my questions. On the install side of the process was Sean Staley and his team. This team is the definition of professionals. During the install they were there to answer any questions we had and we had a lot. The attention to detail was incredible. It was the small things that stood out to me like removing their shoes before coming into the house, filing down their cuts on the ground mount and how clean the panels and inverters looked on the house just to name a few. Overall, this company offers one of the best panels on the market and a professional and pleasant experience. I will use Jefferson Electric for all of my solar and electrical needs going forward.

Good work at a far price

Was trying to get an estimate to install a Tesla wall charger. They would not come out without payment up front over the phone. I said I would pay their $50 trip charge when someone actually shows up at my house, but I'm not going to prepay it when they may not even come. They refused to come without payment. This was just to get a quote, so I passed and will call another company.

I had them run a new 50a outdoor breaker for my hotub and upgrade an existing 100a panel to 200a. Very prompt and professional. Finished the job without a punch list.

We had a generac generator installed 4 years ago. Had our house power washed in 7/2022 only to find out that Elite Energy didn’t use any weather proofing insulation to keep water from getting into the electrical box attached to the house. Company will not return phone calls, voicemail is full. Contacted Generac and was told this company is not an authorized Generac installer and after buying the 10 year warranty to find out it doesn’t cover incorrectly installed generator. Housing was also damaged prior to installation. Was told they would replace it and we still do not have the damage fixed.
