I had Zimmerman install a ceiling fan and do all of the electrical work for my Mr. Cool Mini-Split HVAC. This saved thousands of dollars from having an HVAC company in Indianapolis do the work. Zimmerman showed up on time, was able to do all that was requested and the system and the ceiling fan work and look great. I will definitely use them again.

My home generator wasn't working correctly. They some troubleshooting and their opinion is my carburetor needed replacement and put new gas in the unit. I agree with the assessment and look forward to them returning and getting me back to a reliable unit.

The Fire Department came to my elderly parents' house because her oxygen went off and wouldn't come back on. My dad was in the basement working and when IFD went down to check things out, they told them to call an electrician as soon as possible as they had some real electrical issues that needed to be fixed ASAP. I found Austin Smith online and called and within 2 hours, he went to their home and fixed their problems, which could've easily killed them and blown their house up. This man is my hero and theirs as well. He was there for us in a very serious situation and he will forever be our only electrician for any needs we may have going forward. I just want to say thank you to Rinder Electric for their excellent services. The technician who came out to help was great. He installed brand new lighting fixtures and new light switches for us. The whole thing was done super efficiently and everyone I dealt with at this company was very professional. I contacted Alphonzo Inc for professional electric advise and he exceeded my expectations! He was very professional, on time, & courteous. The entire project took only a few hours; which included all upgrades to meet current codes, a new kitchen hood, 6 light installation and a new ceiling fan. We had some issues which caused us to lose power completely in one room and partially lose power in another room and a bathroom. Scheduling was easy over the phone. Paul called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He went through each of the three rooms to diagnose the issue, found it, and fixed it. I would recommend using 21 Electric.

Electrician was very rude and unprofessional. Was supposed to replace a GCFI breaker in the panel. Put a used breaker in there that looks older than the ones that came in the house that was built 1980. The fuse keeps blowing. We contacted to enable our warranty for a repair and he refused to replace it multiple times and this was per FHA requirement. I assume our skin color prevented him from actually doing the quality work that he does for others.

Great service and sticks to pricing estimates. Hired them to install a GFI for a hot tub. Arrived on time courteous and so easy to do business with. unfortunately there was a problem with my panel. The previous owner double tapped three breakers and they could not hook it in. Curt explained, sent pictures and gave me a surprising low quote to change the whole panel in order to give me some extra breakers. Second time out. Arrived on time courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend Ratliff for all things electrical.
