Had an amazing interaction with Hillary and a tech trying to figure out some wiring on a new home purchase. They were very quick to respond about my issue and even tried to squeeze me in when they had other bigger issues going on. They took my concerns seriously and went completely above and beyond.

After the initial no call no show of my scheduled appointment on 8/31, I was a little disheartened. But, after calling again this morning, Michael came today very promptly, explained what service needed to be conducted, and was very accommodating. He was finished in about an hour and fifteen minutes, swept up behind himself, and was very friendly. I truly appreciate his work today.Michael definitely gets a 5/5.

Zach was great from start to finish. I got an estimate the day after my inquiry. Scheduled the service to fit my time frame. The work was finished on time. Everything was cleaned up when finished.

He is friendly, on time, and does exactly what he says he will do. He has experience and great ideas to make your situation work. His prices are reasonable too! I will recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done! He installed new 100 amp service and ran new wiring to the upstairs and was done in two days. He did a few little extra things too. I just can't say enough!

Called about an outlet that wasn't working, and possibly installing an additional outlet in a bathroom. They came out right away, fixed the outlet and installed a new one, all in about an hour. Fast, friendly, and the price was great! I would definitely use them again!

Can't speak to service, because the customer service was so bad I cancelled my request. My initial request for service was cancelled after I changed it from emergent to next day service, they were rude the next day when I was told that the request had been cancelled, I had to give my info all 3 times as if they never entered it into their system. And on the final phone call they said their plumber was out of town and would have to called around. It actually doesn't have to be Godby.

Requested an estimate May 4, 2018. Met with Brett May 11, 2018 to review the work needed & was told it would be mid-June. I called back June 13th & was told to call back June 20th to schedule work. I called June 21st & was told his company was too busy to handle the project. I have lost a whole month on this project. A true professional would have admitted to being too small to handle a job when he saw what the job was on May 11.
