Best Electrical Projects in Indianapolis IN

We've consistently gotten good, professional service from David Electric--BUT:

1. Recently, we ascheduled a 10:00 a.m. arrival. At 11:25 I called the office wondering if I had the date wrong, because they're supposed to let you know if they're on the way or running late.

They apologized for not contacting me. The electrician had unforeseen complications at the previous job. He finally called and then came 2 1/2 hour late.

2. I needed a simple switch replaced, for which he had to go to Lowe's. Why aren't basic supplies and parts kept on each truck? Luckily we're very near Lowe's. That would often be a 20-minute drive, which would cost about $100. You'd think a professional electrician would be ready with standard switches, receptacles, etc.

3. They charge 4% for credit card payments. With card payments being almost universal these days, how many businesses do that?

4. I was given no paper invoice nor receipt, but told they would be emailed to me in a few days. Again, how many businesses take payment without presentation of any invoice or receipt, paper or virtual?

I'll go elsewhere next time.

This company did work on a home we bought. We received the invoice for the work done during the closing process. After closing, a family member who is a master electrician came by to check the work when a lot of lights were malfunctioning. They did shabby work that we have now had to re-do. Luckily our family member could do it for us, but as new home owners it was a frustrating experience and one more thing to add to our long to-do list. This company will overcharge you for bad work.

RC Electric was recommended by an electrician friend. The GFI plug in our garage failed, knocking out the entire electrical circuit in our garage. We had a refrigerator / freezer on the circuit as well as our garage doors. I called RC Electric before they opened, expecting to leave a voicemail.
Much to my surprise, one of the owners answered the phone and took my information. They followed up with my wife immediately upon opening for business, and they sent an electrician to our house to resolve the issue before noon. We were back in business with no loss of the food in our refrigerator / freezer. RC Electric completed the job quickly, professionally and at a fair and reasonable price. I would definitely call RC Electric again should the need arise.

Great school

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

I had an issue with my house and the company never got back to me. They also did the electrical for my new construction. Our inspectors told us the electrical work was questionable to wrong and was the only concern they had. They also left forgot outlets that were on the design document which our builder had them correct. I would not recommend not use.

The climate and culture make this a great place to work. I know that the owners and have seen the owners care and concern for their employees and know if any of us needed them they would offer assistance in any way they could.

He was on-time, gave us great communication before and during the appointment and scheduling the appointment was extremely easy. I can't say enough to express how happy we are with the service we received from Frye Electric. We needed some new fixtures installed, a doorbell wire re-ran and a light post removed. Javier and Jazz were FANTASTIC to work with. They worked great together as a team, communicated well with us and even had a positive sense of humor. The work was done efficiently and effectively. This day and age, it's very hard to find a contractor who will respond to your calls, let alone show up on time and do great work for a fair price. Frye Electric is doing it right!

My uncle bought a new hot tub and tried to wire it himself... didn't work out very well. He called Fishers Electrician and they sent a guy out in less than an hour. He was super helpful & finished the job quickly, within the quote that they provided over the phone. Great experience!

Farrar has integrity in their work.
I hired a contractor to do a kitchen remodel who subcontracted the electrical to Farrar but never paid them.
Even though they didn't get paid for the job, they still stand behind their work and provide a warranty. They came back and corrected an issue at no charge to me. The employees who came to my house were professional and clean.

I don’t know much about your services but your employee was tailgating me very badly and then sped past me going about 80 mph on a country road. Not very professional!

Officer manager has terrible social skills. Instead of listening to what a costumer is asking she automatically jumped to conclusions. I would never deal with costumer service and office manager.
