Best Electrical Project in Indianapolis IN

Extremely helpful and our electrician came back when he said he would and addressed all of my concerns.

While it was a little difficult to get on the schedule on the schedule, because they're that good, David Electric ran all the electrical for our new remodel project, installed new outlets, & replaced lighting fixtures in record time. Max has done a couple of Projects for us this year including a little sleuthing To identify a bad GFI and replace it. We appreciate their responsiveness & how knowledgeable they are and Max is always the pleasure to visit with. We highly recommend and will call again with all of our electrical needs. Someone came out to do a quote for me for from this company, and after he poked around my house and left, the electric in my kitchen was not working which has never happened before. I am certain it was caused by something he did. It took until the next day for someone to come out and fix what he broke, and they charged me almost $500 to fix a problem they caused when all I wanted was a quote for a project in a completely different room (the bathroom). I am a single woman and the person who came out made me feel uncomfortable, touched my shoulder at one point, and I didn't argue the unfair payment because I wanted him to leave my house. I would never use this electric company, especially if you are a woman or someone who doesn't know a lot about electric and can be taken advantage of.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. It’s now 10am and they’re still not here. I adjusted my schedule for the entire day to fit this appointment in. Don’t post appointment time slots for 9am if you’re not going to show up at 9am. It’s as simple as that. Also, I tried calling the number they left with me and it goes straight to voicemail. Also tried emailing and nothing. Ugh.

RC Electric provided the electrical work on our remodel. The workman was on time, courteous, did the work in the time frame that was spelled out in the estimate. The costs did not exceed the estimated price. We highly recommend the company and will use RC Electric for our future electrical needs.

Same as one of the other comments... Bill came out to mu office, looked at what was broken, took down contact information and said he would provide an estimate via email. He never responded!!!!!!
