Requested an estimate May 4, 2018. Met with Brett May 11, 2018 to review the work needed & was told it would be mid-June. I called back June 13th & was told to call back June 20th to schedule work. I called June 21st & was told his company was too busy to handle the project. I have lost a whole month on this project. A true professional would have admitted to being too small to handle a job when he saw what the job was on May 11.

Indianapolis has a great open shop option for your industrial electrical needs. Do you want what the industry is trying to sell you as an industrial electrical contractor or do you want the real thing? If you want the real thing, then you should call.

Called Mr. Electric to replace an old and broken doorbell/intercom. Joshua, the electrician, assessed the issue, found a great replacement, and installed the new system a few days later. He was very competent, professional, patient, and friendly. Chantelle also did an excellent job communicating with me and was very flexible in meeting my scheduling needs. Canceled on me last-minute, two separate times. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else more reliable.

We needed to have two outside disconnect boxes removed that were no longer used and someone to trouble shoot our GFI outlet that keeps tripping when an outlet is used. Jim was quick to respond and addressed both of our concerns. It appears the previous owner did some of their own electrical work, which is why I wanted a professional to come and do it right. Jim and his colleague were successful and resolving both issues at a reasonable price. They will be our go to electricians if we ever need similar service!

Just had IPL out at 10:30 PM because of power going in and out, come to find out that the installer did not contact IPL when installing the upgraded. All of the connection was not done correctly. IPL stated it was a miracle that our house did not catch on fire. Make sure Frye contact IPL when doing any work or you contact them for proper installation. Thank God for IPL fixing the problem at 10:30 PM.
