Frye Electric did a great job for us on a Saturday emergency call!

I had a red hot connection coming in from line side to the top of our house load center (breaker panel). This was on the verge of being a house fire if went further! I shut off the mains and starting looking for emergency help (on a SATURDAY no less). Contacted a competitor first (who shall be un-named), immediate answer service, but indicated they couldn't be out until July 6th!! WOW, so much for emergency service.

Then I contacted Frye Electric. Emergency service operator was just as friendly. However, I got a phone call from Hal within minutes to ask for details of my issue. He said he would make a couple of calls and call right back. Within minutes, he said Cody was on his way.

Cody arrived, did the inspection, was able to come up with a safe & effective solution! He was kind, courteous, and diligent to help us out! Cody expressed he wasn't leaving until we had power no matter what it took!

Power was back up within a few hours! Very impressed especially for a late afternoon Saturday!

So I have had the pleasure of working with Apple for the last year now (off an on) I must say that Darrell and Andrew are fantastic and very very good at their jobs. All the employees that I have met and worked with are good but these two stand out by far. Great professional company with great customer service!
