Review:I had 12 outlets and two gfci's that were bad and needed breaker box work, called Mister Sparky and they sent out a technician within hours. John Noel was very attentive and explains everything that he is doing and was very professional, he wore a facemask the entire time he was working due to Covid-19 and was extremely clean. John gave me price options on his notebook to let me decide on optional items and upgrades, the pricing was very fair and I will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend Mister Sparky.

Their is a lady that works here that is very rude. I did not get her name because she never offered it. We were having a polite discussion until I asked her why on a question. Apparently, if you question her, she yells, cusses and hangs up the phone. One time calling was all it took for me to not contact them again. Also look at the other one star responses. What is said and their reply is all you need to know about what they truly think of people.

Elvis and Joel are both great people. They came out to my business to replace the cable TAP box and had all of my tenants lights turned back on in no time.

Curtis was very helpful. There are so few today that I would consider recommending, Curtis Electrical is that exception. Please give him a call if you need anything electrical fixed. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was recommended this business and it delivered stupendously! Quick response time and they came out same day to check out the power box and electric vehicle charger installation area. They ordered the parts and came back to install it two days later. Quick and easy, I highly recommend 10/10!

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

I am very happy with these people. They are very professional and on time. I gave them additional work on top of what I had initially requested, and with no problems, they did it. I love these guys!! I would definitely recommend them.

Oscar was professional, on time and amazing. He figured out what the problem was with our fixtures and solved it quickly abd efficiently. I highly recommend!

Mr sparky (Mr Xavier) arrived on time but could not fix my problem because of the poor Equiptment I was using. He did however suggest a better product and I went with the better one. It worked out great for me. I suggest you give Mr Sparky a call for all your electrical problems.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
