I’m appreciative of this second crew to come out and fix what the first employees of A1 Plus Electrical did a poor job on. The men that came today were very efficient, professional, and paid close attention to detail to get the job done right.

Levi initially came out to see what work we wanted to be done. He answered all questions that we had about our panel. He was very professional and detailed in answers. Josh did our install. Very professional answered any questions we had. Both Levi and Josh are very nice and professional. Would recommend them. Crystal helped with scheduling our install date. She was very nice and let us know that meetings are on Monday and driver will come after that. Josh showed up before our appointment time. Great service all around.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

We built a new home and the builder used them for the electrical work. They did not do a good job. Really bad positioning of light switches, switch plates are loose, walls have been pushed in by forcing switch plates on the wall, cracks by switch due to these forced switch plates. The only way I could get them to come take a look after we moved in was to hold their money. They still didnt fix my walls and said they dont do sheet rock work. Which means they break it but dont fix it. Not to mention 2 of the breakers (washer/dryer and kitchen wall plug breaker) keep tripping. It's been a year but I am still finding these details as far as the switch plates and not happy.

With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. The whole installation along with the extras took them no longer than 3 1/2 hours. We were impressed, thank you!

For a small company they offered great service replacing our new upgraded underground power line, breaker box, meter box, adding our portable generator connection and an additional external outlet. All work was done extremely professional to code, work area cleaned and met to our satisfaction. Even though Smart Choice Electrical Services is small, they kept true to their word and time frame of completing all work....Job Well Done!!

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.

Try to leave without finishing the job! I asked for a receipt and refused to give me one I’m still waiting! Would not trust at all!

245 P.M TODAY KATY FREEWAY BEFORE HWY 6 ONE OF YOUR GUYS GOING 95 MILES PER HOUR ALMOST KILLED OR FAMILY. HE LOOKED DRUNK AND HE RAN US OFF THE ROAD AND CAUSED US TO HIT THE BARRIER. WE HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD BABY THAT WAS TERRIFIED FROM THIS BECAUSE I WAS YELLING OMG WE ARE ABOUT TO DIE!! WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM & COMPANY. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL WITH FOREMAN. This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
