Paul came out on the same day that I called him and was very helpful in showing me some of the things that were of concern on a house that I just bough. He said somethings weren’t up to code but it would OK until the electric needed to be redone then it should be done at code. He gave me an estimate on a new panel and was very helpful with a lot of questions that I had about electric problems. I would recommend him. Price seems reasonable and he has a two hour minimum.

Joshua was very professional and hyper efficient with his troubleshooting techniques. Identified and resolved the issue with quality. Also fixed a unrelated legacy electrical configuration issue that was in close proximity to the electrical fault. Very dependable and comes highly recommended.

Anyone who has worked with any of the skilled trades knows that finding a company that has ALL of these qualities truly is a needle in the haystack. CPL has completed jobs for us as simple as changing out one light fixture style to another to running new wiring tens of feet and have even done a few investigative fixes for us on some things that I certainly can't explain the minutiae of (but Chris, the operations manager can), I just know they got fixed...like the giant sign on the front of our building that sadly sat unlit for months and now glows beautifully!The bottom line is, you're going to get quality work at an honest price and you won't be in the dark about anything (no pun intended). Chris is very transparent and communicative about the whole process and while it may or may not sway your motivation to work with CPL, I don't think it should go without noting that he is a notably kind person to work with.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Good quality work and great experience ?

I called Armando/TJAT as a referral from my pool cleaner for some fountain electrical work in Jan '22. Armando came quickly and diagnosed the problem. I paid him for the recommend repair . It costs around $1200. I asked for an invoice and it was never sent. It wasn't a big deal because I had our text exchange and Zelle sent as proof of payment.The beginning of April '22 it was having the same issues. I called him back and he told me that I needed a new pump. I asked was there a warranty because I paid for a new pump in January? He said a new pump was never installed. I sent him screenshots of the January conversation. No reply since then after I have called repeatedly....I had another fountain repair person come who verified that no new pump was installed.Be wary of Armando/TJAT....
