Best Troubleshooting in Houston TX

I give this electrician company five stars because Ryan the technician and the owner provided excellent customer service! I called today and Paul, the owner, was able to get Ryan to come out and repair a breaker that was causing my garage door, and five GFCI outlets to stop working. The price was reasonable and I'm not complaining after having to open my garage door manually for two weeks. This will be my electrical company for any future electrical problems that I may have. If you need someone dependable and knowledgeable with reasonable pricing, just call Paul Richard Electric.

We used them to look at a house we were thinking of buying. Sal was excellent, can out on a Sunday, was efficient, communicative and gave us several options should we choose to move forward. If we do need electrical services in the future we will hopefully be able have Sal do the work

We had an outlet that wasn't working and another that kept going out. It was a problem with two of the breakers in the panel. Angel replaced them and it solved the problem, no need to replace outlets. He was very professional and did not try to up sell us.

After the big freeze in February I began my search for an electrician to install a generator.I started my search with a generator superstore because I was going use them for everything from sales to installation but when they told me a generator wasn't available until June/July. I knew I had to find a generator and someone to install it.Let me tell you, I called and met with 9 different electrician company reps and it was getting to be like speed dating. Met 1 sometimes 2 a day. I created a chart of companies, prices, availability (booked because of what's going on) and what their installation covered, plumbers, transfer switch installation, etc. Some wouldn't install a generator unless they sold it to you.I met with JP first. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my picky questions. Even explaining how we could save on installation if we run piping above ground and not under. When meeting with JP, it was like he was being thoughtful of the customers needs. He was on your side.So Nathan the owner, was in charge of the project but then his wife gave birth. So then Daniel his business partner and team took over the project so that he could spendmore time with family. Rightfully so. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. I never once felt like anyone had dropped the ball. Even while there were lots of service calls post great freeze.Text messages and emails were responded to in excellent time. If they didn't have an answer, they'd still respond saying they'd call CenterPoint for an update.I did not purchase my generator from Brotherly Love Electric but they do provide that service. I had bought mine as soon as I found one since they were pretty scarce.Things that impacted the price of installation that I did not expect was how far the Generator was from the gas meter and generator placement was set by HOA rules.I hope this review is helpful to my fellow reviewers and the great guys at Brotherly Love Electric.

Came the same day, gave us a good quote and finished the job quickly. Their technicians were courteous and respectful- making sure we knew and understood the changes/repairs they made.

I am an IT manager in the Oil and Gas industry and Jon and his team pulled all the existing cat5 cable and installed cat6 in an office we were setting up. I believe it was 75+ lines. They also installed a brand new patch panel, complete with cable management. I really like working with Jon because he is professional, has follow through, and is very down to earth and fair. He's a great manager and his crew did really nice and tidy work. They also arrived when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would! Great experience and I will be a returning customer and refer them to colleagues in the IT business.

One of my friends referred me to EliRam Electrical. I was very pleased because they showed up within 2 hours to move my outlet behind my TV without damaging the wall. They left my house cleaner then when they got there. I would highly recommend them to others.

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am very satisfied with the work done by Excel Electricians in Houston.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

Great electrical company. I have used them on large commercial projects.
