2nd time I’ve used A1Plus Electric for service. The tech, Nick… was very personable and professional. He changed an old switch out quickly. I’ll call A1 the next time I have an electrical issue.

Nextdoor Electric gets a Big High Five from me!! They were Awesome!Working on a re-do, I needed pretty prompt attention initially in switching out several old outlets (old 2-prong outlets) and breaker box assessment before plumber would complete his portion. Contacted several Electricians that I had previously used (1 of 4 responded and he wasn't available) so in a moment of meltdown mode I began searching the internet. Nextdoor had good reviews from more than just a handful of folks so I took a leap of faith and completed the 'contact us' portion on their site and low and behold they returned my call within the hour and Sal came by shortly after lunch. He assessed the situation, provided a very fair and reasonable quote (slightly less than I anticipated) and returned the following morning to do the job. Sal is personable, professional and was a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend them and will definitely add them to my Contact list for further electrical assistance. We use Wired Electrical Services for all our electrical needs for the past 3 years since we bought our new home. The technicials are friendly and very good at what they do. Plus the peace of mind it brings to have a certified electrician work on the house is priceless.I am always impressed with their timely response to my inquiries and their availability for rush jobs. The job estimates tend to be spot on. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Mr Oscar was very helpful with providing information on how the process would work as well as how to start up provider service. He was prompt to the site and conducted himself in a professional manner throughout the entire process. He keep me informed of what needed to be done and how long it was going to take.Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!

Curtis showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my dead outlet and came back later that day and upgraded my fuse box to ensure that the solution was safe and reliable. I will definitely use him again, he's now my electrical guy.

Scam company don't pay there anything intel they finish the job, the city of Houston should go check them and stop them from scamming people .

Meritage home builders contracted this company for electrical with my house. Wiring and plugs have worked well. My light switches have not. I have replaced about 15 light switches in my house to date. They are defective. My home warranty covered electric for 2 years. I replaced about 3 by the two year mark. After replacing approx 5, I realized this was more than a coincidence. I asked House of Power to furnish new switches and I would replace them myself. Their representative was rude and replied that it was not their problem. I offered to give supply the broken switches and that it was abnormal that switches that new were problematic.This company uses defective equipment. They are not customer service centered. They lack business integrity, being that they do not support their craftsmanship or product. A terrible experience overall.I am worried about the quality of the electrical system in my home and hope that I will have no further problems, other than possible having to replace the other 70 switches in my home over time. Each plug costs roughly $10. Right now I have spent about $150. Additionally I have spent about 20 minutes to replace each switch, approx 3 hours I will not get back.I hope that this review helps you to avoid using a company of such poor standards in both product quality and customer service.

For a small company they offered great service replacing our new upgraded underground power line, breaker box, meter box, adding our portable generator connection and an additional external outlet. All work was done extremely professional to code, work area cleaned and met to our satisfaction. Even though Smart Choice Electrical Services is small, they kept true to their word and time frame of completing all work....Job Well Done!!

245 P.M TODAY KATY FREEWAY BEFORE HWY 6 ONE OF YOUR GUYS GOING 95 MILES PER HOUR ALMOST KILLED OR FAMILY. HE LOOKED DRUNK AND HE RAN US OFF THE ROAD AND CAUSED US TO HIT THE BARRIER. WE HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD BABY THAT WAS TERRIFIED FROM THIS BECAUSE I WAS YELLING OMG WE ARE ABOUT TO DIE!! WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST HIM & COMPANY. I LEFT A VOICEMAIL WITH FOREMAN.
