Right Pro? More like Right ProFIT! For a simple job of moving some switches with minor rewiring and adding a new hallway light they quoted me over $2400! I went with another reputable company that only charged a third of that! Although the technician was very nice and professional, my advice is to do your research and compare prices. Save your money.

Pre employment testing facility is disorganized and not run in an efficient manner. I was given an exact time for testing and evaluation. The person giving the testing showed up thirty minutes late, obviously my time is not as important than the person giving the testing. The second part of testing is some basic wall rough in and wiring. The materials were just an unorganized pile of 1900 boxes, wall stud brackets, and various fittings and devices. The company wants you to be efficient in the way you perform your job but the environment given to work in isn't conducive to a productive work environment.If the testing facility is this unorganized can you imagine how unorganized their jobsites are managed.

I needed the underground wiring (drops) replaced at our home and called several businesses to provide me with a quote. C A Electrical was the last company I called and this company beat all the other offers and even included an upgrade to my breaker panel and meter box, because he said that I needed it in order to be up to code. Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
