Follow up to my original review, there was an issue I forgot to mention on the original call and they dispatched Neil the next day. Once again I I was greeted with a the kind of professionalism and manners you just don’t see that much in service industry (side note I deal with contractors as part of my profession). Great job to everyone involved in my calls and service as well as to Mr. Sparky group.Original post:Carnell was awesome, he arrived first thing in the morning and asked what was my concerns for having a new panel installed and immediately went to work, first doing a quick overview, gathering the tools required, and even notified CenterPoint to come out so he replace the main feeds from the meter. He was very safety conscience, professional, courteous, and efficient. After everything was connected, he checked every breaker and labeled accordingly. After that we went to the panel and went over all the breakers. My new panel looks amazing.

I am so very happy with the service and recommendations provided by Mr. Sparky Electrical company! Ryan B. was very professional and took the time to explain and answering all my questions. He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. He explained all my options so that I was able choose what was best for our home. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and the friendly service Ryan B. provided! Thank you for a great job!

Great experience with plumbing technician Dylan Green. Was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Worked very efficiently and solved our plumbing issue.It was frustrating at first when I couldn't get a technician over last night when the issue happened and then when the arrival was later than originally expected the next day. But the main office did a good job explaining the delay in arrival so while it was unfortunate for us it was overall understandable.I normally would have taken a star or two off for that reason but Dylan did such a good job and with that experience being so good didn't feel things out of his control should be reflected on his review.Also kind of was disappointing that our plumbing issue didn't meet one of the requirements for the discounted promotion that would have saved us a LOT of money. Like $500 plus. But unfortunately we were unable to locate an exterior port on my house for the sewage line.Now just have to get my 4 year old son to stop flushing things down the toilet that he isn't supposed to be flushing. Oh boy are kids expensive. Haha

I think they have been in business since the 50's. Highly skilled electricians who do not cut corners.

We called Local Electrician to perform a Panel upgrade and install Generator Transfer switch and connections. Sean assessed the work and gave us a fair price for the work on a Friday. They had an opening available for Monday. Lee called to let us know when to expect him and started on time. The local electrician team supported him throughout the day with supplies and support. He was very professional and extremely thorough, with attention to detail and happy to answer any questions I had. The city inspector showed up the next day to inspect the work and was very impressed with the work done. Thank you Local Electrician for an outstanding job. I will recommend your Business anytime and will use you again when needed.

Bought some lights...good service

I have used this company on multiple occasions over the years and they are friendly, reliable, speedy, honest and affordable. I appreciate how thorough they are and how they really walk you through the best options for addressing any challenges you have. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone for jobs both big and small.

Excellent experience. I called for a collection of smaller issues that I had been sort of saving up and had an electrician at my house two hours later, right at the start of my appointment window. He did a good evaluation of my issues and offered a fair estimate with no pressure. I have a degree in physics, though not enough practical expertise to do the repairs myself. Xavier explained everything to me very clearly so I understood exactly what was going on and why I had the problems. In the process of fixing the things I had requested he also found a safety issue with one of my circuit breakers, and he fixed that too. He even adjusted my smoke detectors, which I always have trouble reaching. This is the second time I have used Mr. Sparky, and both times the electrician showed me major safety issues that I was unaware of. (Again, these are legit-I know the science!). I highly recommend them for fast service, clear explanations, and never pushing me to get services I’m not prepared to pay for.

This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
