Jose came on time. He was extremely professional and understanding. I had recently purchase a washer and dryer. But the dryer was not working. The people who dropped off the set recommend me contact an electrician to come out. Jose explained to me what the issue was and gave me a handful of options on how to proceed. He was not pushy about the most expensive option. But I just wanted to get the dryer up and running. And that is exactly what he did. He ended up replacing the 4 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet. And the dryer now works. Jose is friendly and has great house manners. Would recommend anyone to Paul Richard Electric. Thank you Jose for your amazing expertise.

I live in the Heights. Had them come over to install a new outlet for a security camera which required they tap into an existing circuit I had run for a gate motor. They talked me through the options for surface-mounting the electrical box, how they were going to cut into the existing conduit, and after we settled on a location for the new box, they left to get exactly the parts they needed. They returned in less than an hour and completed the work. It has worked perfectly, they came the day I called, left no mess. It wasn't free, but I got exactly what I wanted and quickly. Perfectly fine experience.

OMG is the electrician I use on all of my remodels and commercial construction projects. Pedro is very thorough and quick.

I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I had him install a couple of outlets in a audio / visual / network cabinet that I would be removing a few times in the near future (to add wiring and components). He installed them both (on a dedicated circuit) in no time at all and even left me enough slack to pull the cabinet far enough to work behind it. I plan on having him back out to do a few other things for us and I highly recommend this company.

For a small company they offered great service replacing our new upgraded underground power line, breaker box, meter box, adding our portable generator connection and an additional external outlet. All work was done extremely professional to code, work area cleaned and met to our satisfaction. Even though Smart Choice Electrical Services is small, they kept true to their word and time frame of completing all work....Job Well Done!!
