Best Maintenance And Troubleshooting in Houston TX
They were very punctual and professional. When all of his service techs were out on service calls, Paul came out for our service call himself. Our kitchen electrical outlets were on the Fritz. They worked to find our problem and made all necessary repairs. They also replaced all of our hard wired smoke detectors. Paul & Juan were very kind and courteous. Thank you gentlemen for your commitment to excellent service!

The Technician was extremely professional and courteous. However when i noticed that he did not have a ladder i was told they always make a first trip just to determine what may be needed due to company policy. I need a light bulb changed that i explained was 12 ft high under cover, this i explained to the person setting the appointment. I find that with that information 2 trips should not have been necessary. I am approving the company to complete this job because the Technician represented himself and the employer very well.

Where to begin… Installation of our standby generator was incredibly poorly done. From permit issues, improper gas hookup resulting in a gas leak, incomplete installation of the transfer switch, improper rust prevention on an installed gas line. And that was before they committed fraud by charging my card for services they hadn’t provided, then telling me it was my fault they had entered my email address incorrectly into their monitoring system and wanted an extra $15 for the chargeback that came from their mistake—of course I said that I wouldn’t be charged a fee for their mistake… they waited a few weeks and went ahead and charged the fee anyway. All said, avoid this company like the plague.Edit to the company response: “No mistake was made when setting up the account.”—absolutely false and I have the emails and contract for the Omnimetrix system to prove it.“our accounting manager sent you the invoice making you aware of the charge. Instead of calling our office to clarify, you stopped payment, and claimed that we had not set up the service.”—Kim only contacted me after the stop payment, no one responded to the many emails I sent before that.“The $15.00 charge back was from you stopping payment, which could have been avoided had you contacted our office.”—I made it 100% clear I wasn’t going to take responsibility for the $15 you decided to charge because of your office’s mistakes. Your business charged it anyway. What would you call that?

Drew was very clear about the work he was doing. I am confident he knew what he was doing and used the right parts. The overall experience from the initial phone call to the same day installation was very smooth and professional.

Curtis came to see us because of an electrical issue an inspector found on the home. Curtis was timely and professional and gave my husband and I an abundance of information regarding the issue. Curtis is extremely knowledgeable and gave us solid guidance on how to handle the situation. Instead of agreeing to do unnecessary work, Curtis gave us his recommendation that saved us hundreds of dollars! He went above and beyond, I believe, than what any other company would have done for us.If you are needing any electrical work done from an honest company at a fair price, I definitely recommend Curtis Electrical Solutions for any electrical inspection or project in your home.

I contacted Allsource Electrical for a bid on 8 can lights installed in our ceiling, with easy access to walk around in attic space. I read the reviews of Allsource Electrical and felt they were a reputable company and provided a great service. A very respectful young man gave me an estimate for the install. We agreed on the price and I signed and approved the estimate. We scheduled the same week but had to postpone one week due to illness. We rescheduled and when the electrian showed up, he stated the estimated price had changed and was now 4 times more to install the lights. He explained he made a mistake entering the work to be performed, but he could try to negotiate on our behalf to get a better deal. He came back with a reduced price, but still was twice as much as the original quote. I was disappointed that I rescheduled my day that affected others when they could have notified me about the increase and their error. I felt the experience was similar to buying a car that the salesman had to reach out to his supervisor for a better deal to offer me. Very disappointed.

I called Excel Electricians Houston to help install a new bathroom light. The old fluorescent light was installed on the ceiling and the wires were coming from the side, so for the new light we needed a new wall box above the mirror. The electrician was very friendly and the job was done quickly and very well from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the price he gave and with the quality of the work.
