Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. 8:30am - 9:30am appointment, no call / no show. I called at 10:30am, was told the tech would arrive within 20 minutes... no call / no show.I called at 11am to cancel the appointment. Dempsey claimed they had an emergency call, I'm sure. How about a phone call?Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
