Efren was very professional and took time to educate along the way. His troubleshooting skills were very thorough and accommodated my questions. Tracked the problem down to a faulty outlet that would have took days for me to figure out on my own. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The tech arrived early and that's ok. He appeared to be unsure of what to do. I asked if he needed to go up in the attic he said no,then he later asked where is the entrance to the attic. When he finally finished he did not clean up his mess. As I started to clean up behind him then he said I can help you, WRONG too late.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

They installed a generator. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but when we had a problem that I believe was related to the generator installation they charged me to come and try to find the problem without notifying me that they were charging. All of the upstairs power went off and then on several times. Because they connected all power to the generator we thought that is the only thing that could cause this problem so they sent the generator guy and he said nothing with the generator so they sent the electrician and he said nothing wrong with the electricity but he said he tightened everything and ended up walking around and waiting then charged us for 2 hours of his time and they charged us by the hour. We didn’t know they were going to charge us. So after his discount we still had to pay $235.99.Surprisingly we have not had the short since then, but we still feel that it was related to their connecting everything to the generator. There should not have been a charge.

Rolan with West Houston Electric was absolutely fabulous! He thoroughly assessed all of our issues and provided an estimate before any work was started so we were all on the same page. He worked efficiently, completely cleaned up after the work was done (and even brought a floor mat and booties so he didn’t track in dirt), and was so professional and kind. I asked Curtis Electrical Solutions for second opinion on the electrical issues of my old rental property. This company did work on a neighbors house that required they did up in an easement thru my backyard. I’ll start by saying I seriously doubt this is a woman owned company. Never saw one woman and I’m pretty sure I saw all their employees. They tore up my yard and they never got any information from the gas company or anybody else around about where other lines were. There were none of those token flags that should be used to identify other lines going through your yard. Subsequently they dug right through my fiber optic cable. The men they had Digging did not speak a lick of English so I’m pretty sure they are not regular employees and possibly just temporary/day employees. And they worked these men to death had them digging in the Texas heat from 8 AM until 11 PM. Regardless my complaint is they destroyed my yard and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They told me that they had to put something on my door that said that they were not responsible for damages which I think is a joke. Not sure who they think they are but they don’t get to decide that they’re not responsible for any damage that is done to my yard. I tried contacting them about the minimal amount of money that it’s going to cost to have my yard fixed and they are not interested. I would definitely look for a bigger establishment if you’re gonna have major work done. Someone who can follow the laws and the regulations and be safe.
