Paul Richard Electric is top shelf. I placed a call from Maine to see if he could help out my father, a senior adult. I explained that the electrical problem Dad was facing needed a professional. He didn't hesitate one second. Don't worry sir I'll see your father tomorrow. He honestly gave a very fair estimation of what a call would with that type of work be, and what the he would check and a course of action that the job would require. He displayed confidence, reassurance and integrity that is getting rarer by the day.

Asked for a quote to change out about 62 outlets and switches. I told them I would provide the outlets and switches. Guess how much their estimate was!! $8,876.50. !!!!I found other companies that only charged $1000.Pls don't waste your time with this company.

Drew was awesome. Had many items to address. Outlets not working, new smoke detector, install Nest Hello door bell, drop a new for a new switch and get the tv cords hidden.Lots of work and he was on top of it. Honest about the fact I didn’t need to replace my electric panel. Yay,The tv cords were difficult as I am in an older home and not knowing what would be behind the Sheetrock Drew ran into his time to see another client. He came back the next morning and was even an hour early which made me so happy. Finished the job and all was done beyond my expectations.The final price was the price that I was quoted. Curtis was a pleasure to observe as he performed the upgrade to my home.He texted an eta, then again upon arrival, keeping us aware of his schedule at all times.Work areas were kept impeccable, inside and out. His methods and skills were obvious tome, as he explained everything step by step through the process. Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients! Good work Lone Star Electric!

The Crew was on time, professional, provided quality service.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

The staff at OHMS were very responsive and were able to come out quickly. Once at the house, the electricians worked swiftly, efficiently, and were also good at explaining everything they had done, as well as answering all other questions I had (since I know next to nothing re: electrical). I'll definitely work with them again.

Contacted 2 other electrical companies to install a genetator interlock kit, but they either didn,t provide service or too pricey wanting to install something else. ALL SOURCE ELECTRICAL came right out and very reasonable. I explained what I needed and they took care of it along with a whole house surge protector also purchased. I appreciate the friendly and courteous service and professionalism. Thanks to the tech Dan for explaining and informing while performing the work.
