My wife and I ran into the owner st Home Depot. I don't remember how we got on the subject of generators, but I informed him I wanted to buy one. He told me to call their office and tell them that he recommended us. Otherwise it could take two weeks for an appointment. I called that day and we got an appointment the next day.An assessment was done of our house, a quote was given and i paid the down payment.The process to get the generator moved along, practically flawless. They were accommadating, professional, and helpful. After last winter I don't want to see my family suffer through that again.

Came the same day, gave us a good quote and finished the job quickly. Their technicians were courteous and respectful- making sure we knew and understood the changes/repairs they made.

We called Local Electrician to perform a Panel upgrade and install Generator Transfer switch and connections. Sean assessed the work and gave us a fair price for the work on a Friday. They had an opening available for Monday. Lee called to let us know when to expect him and started on time. The local electrician team supported him throughout the day with supplies and support. He was very professional and extremely thorough, with attention to detail and happy to answer any questions I had. OUTSTANDING. Sums it up. Our manufacturing plant was dead in the water. I spoke with Mark and he pulled a technician off of another job and sent him over to us.
