When sparks and smoke came out from our outdoor meter, we knew we needed help. A1 came out within hours and had a temp fix until a permanent one could be done. On the day of replacing the box and cables from the transformer to the house, they came when expected and other than waiting on Centerpoint to disconnect, they were ready to work and was completed around 2:30 pm. After they had completed all the new digging, cable and box install we had to wait on Centerpoint again till 10pm to get electric back on. This in no way impacts our experience and satisfaction with A1. Would definitely use A1 again for future upgrades in the house electrical remodel.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

My wife and I ran into the owner st Home Depot. I don't remember how we got on the subject of generators, but I informed him I wanted to buy one. He told me to call their office and tell them that he recommended us. Otherwise it could take two weeks for an appointment. I called that day and we got an appointment the next day.An assessment was done of our house, a quote was given and i paid the down payment.The process to get the generator moved along, practically flawless. They were accommadating, professional, and helpful. After last winter I don't want to see my family suffer through that again.

Great Master Electrician. I had 3 bids for installing a new circuit at my home. The work was done in a timely manner, Curtis kept me informed thru out the project, cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was satisfied with what was done. Curtis happened to be the highest bid of the three bids that I got but as the saying goes, Good work ain't cheap, cheap work ain't good. I would certainly have him out again.

This was the best experience I have ever had so far with an electric company. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They arrived well with in the time frame we set. Finished the job in a timely manner cleaned up everything in and out no issues at all. They definitely exceeded my expectations by far. If this was the Olympics they would have brought home the gold medal. They installed my generator to my breaker box panel outstanding job. I'll definitely be using them again in the near future. Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt.
