The initial phone conversation was professional and optimistic. There was a miscommunication via text on my part as I'm not familiar with the processes. I received a friendly phone call explaining everything and scheduled the appointment to upgrade my electrical panel. Very excited for the upgrade as this is my first home and I'm learning as I go!

Overall, a great experience with A1+ Electrical. We had them run the wiring and install (3) motion-sensor, outdoor security lights, and splice them into a switch for an existing security light.The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that some trash was left at our house/in our yard, following the end of the job.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. They fixed my issue and were very professional. It just impressed me that they dropped everything and made me feel like the #1 customer. Highly recommended!!!

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! I had been running into a problem with my socket and switch. I was having a hard time figuring out what was wrong, and the light wasn't turning on. He came out to my house the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, fixed it within an hour, left me a note with instructions on how to keep it fixed in the future. The whole experience was professional and amazing!

Great company! If you need to remodel your house this is it. They offer all kinds of services besides electricity. We hired them to move walls, add lights in our master and hang ceiling fans. Good job!
