Best Electrical Troubleshooting in Houston TX

In the 30 years I have lived in this house, I have witnessed the work of many electricians. Most were bad and some were just OK. But Paul Richard Electric in my opinion set the gold standard for professionalism and competence in caring for my property. Electrical problems were diagnosed efficiently and accurately the first time. The prices were very fair, and the service was very courteous and timely. I spoke with Paul a number of times on the phone and he was unfailingly polite and attentive to my needs. He sent Damian, a totally professional and incredibly responsible and efficient young man to do the many electrical tasks that needed a professional's attention. I have never met Paul Richard in person, and I am in no way related or affiliated to anyone in his employ. I simply did my homework online and called for service. This, in my opinion, is a company that deserves many more opportunities to grow and serve our community.

I'm dealing with a vintage 1972 townhouse that has already required several rather costly repairs. When several electrical outlets stopped functioning, I called A1 Plus Electrical and soon was visited by a very friendly and sharp young man named Mark. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, and charged the minimum fee. The whole experience was a real day-brightener for me. Would that all the joys of old home ownership could be this pleasant.

Had an experience with Salat from Next Door Electric, he arrived on time and he was very professional and informative about what he was doing and quick to determine what the issue was Overall, very pleased with the overall service. Will be using their services further!

This review is not based on the company's service, but for their aggressive electrician's driving. Tailgating people then driving past them mouthing obscenities does not help the image of your company that you work for. Knowing the type of road rage they have makes their actual services very questionable if they can't stay professional when driving a company vehicle. Not to mention it's raining heavily with heavy traffic on the freeway that can lead to possible accidents

Used them to install a whole house generator. They know their stuff. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. And slight modifications off of the normal process are not a problem for these guys to take care of. They are also very fast to answer their phones and take care of any issues that arise. They send you a quote so there are no hidden charges. what you see is what you pay.

We are selling our older home and had some electrical issues discovered during the buyer's inspection. We needed them addressed quickly because of our closing schedule. Curtis was on time, polite, and demonstrated his expertise. He repaired a couple minor outlets but then addressed larger issues in the breaker box. He knew exactly what to do, worked quickly, professionally, and tested everything after the repair was done, and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommended.

The electricians were on time, professional, courteous and informed me of their process. They were here for two and a half days. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation.
