Mid-West Electrical has been our electrical service provider for over 30 years now. They have done everything from small jobs to large major jobs. Their office personnel to their electricians have all been great to work with. Very professional and responsive to all our needs. Special thanks to Justin Lewis for his quick responses, input and expertise in obtaining quotes and willingness to help out were needed. And to our go to electrician Bob Shiffler for all his years of service and expertise (Great Electrician). I highly recommend Mid-West Electric for all your jobs no matter the scope of work your in need of.

We used them to look at a house we were thinking of buying. Sal was excellent, can out on a Sunday, was efficient, communicative and gave us several options should we choose to move forward. If we do need electrical services in the future we will hopefully be able have Sal do the work

I called several electrical service companies for quotes to get a job done at my place of business. Wired Electrical was the lowest bid. They showed up on time to do the work and completed it much quicker than I expected. The technician had all the parts needed with him and he cleaned up everything before he left. I am completely satisfied with the work performed and the price.

A lifetime client was made. I can’t explain how amazing the customer service was in my experience. I contacted on a Friday night at 6pm to let them know a portion of my house had no power. They literally were on their way home for the weekend and turned around to come help me and my family. This right there should show you how amazing of a company this is. He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. This place is a scam. The testing assessment is a joke the instructor , she doesn't know a thing about electricity or electrical work A waste of your time. They never called back. Had to call them.They tell you to be on time they're a half hour to 45 minutes late. Completely unprofessional. The company needs a new H.R staff.

Made an appt for 50ft high soffit lights exchange. I could not find exact matching replacement lights in loews or Home Depot before the anppoint and I had to order from Amazone. I rescheduled, and was charged 95 dollars for first visit. First, I was not notified of the fee until the day of the job. That is excessive and not good customer service.

I kept having my oven short out I tried my best to figure it out. I called high power with a quick response he came out and changed my breaker was very knowledgeable with a quick turn around time. I would highly recommend High power and will definitely be using him for all of my electrical needs

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
