The technician was super helpful and allowed me to have input and ask questions. Ultimately, I was able to repair my heater in time for the freeze because of the instructions from the technician and my ability to order the part myself. I am very pleased with the technician and will definitely be using Turbo in the future.

Daniel came out because my kitchen sink would not drain. He was not only professional but very kind & answered every question I had. Since this was my first time using them I don’t know about their other repairmen but I would definitely recommend this one.

Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
