I had a whole house standby generator and automatic transfer switch installed at my 3 story townhome. It was not an easy installation as I had high expectations for the outcome of the final product. Also, being in a townhome, space was at a premium. Daniel and the team at Brotherlylove Electric not only met these expectations but exceeded them. They were very responsive, professional and the team members actually shared some of their knowledge while on-site. First off I would like to say that I had a very dim lighting in both my kitchen and my garage (builders placed cheap fixtures). I requested a quote for candid lights and Mr. Cele gave us a very Reasonable quote for 7 candid lights. We were so impressed we asked Mr.Cele to come install 4 more. My husband has started to refer him to all his friends because he leaves his work very clean and professionally done.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

Not a good place to work for . New boss is no good . Caution with sanctimony people that work there especially the kid in the shop.
