I found A1 through Home Advisor. I got a very prompt response to my request and a representative came to my home the next morning to give me a quote. The work was scheduled for the next morning. The only negative I had was that they didn’t contact me when the electricians assigned to my job apparently had trouble locating the necessary parts and had to go to another warehouse. I didn’t know what was happening. All I knew was that no one showed up when I was expecting them. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00-10:00 a.m. but they finally arrived at 1:15 pm. I wish they had called me instead of me having to call them.Other than that little snafu, the work was doing quickly and efficiently.

Mr. Ruiz was very professional and explained what needed to be done. It was done well and then he checked work by previous electrician from another company. He described why I should call them for correction on previous work for safety.

Do NOT contact them for service! They’ll take your money without doing the service you asked for! Then pretend they have no idea what your talkin about!

My husband and I had an interlock switch and panel for our generator installed. Also included was a 50amp outlet and whole home surge protector. The gentlemen were on time and kept my husband aware of every step in the process. We weren't sure about pricing and after receiving our quote found it was more than we had planned to pay. However, after doing some research we realized at this time with everything going on in the world the quote was reasonable and worth it.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

Has a great experience With Kevin. He was very professional and went the extra mile when he noticed the person who installed my ceiling fan left a screw missing on the bracket. Kevin took care of the screw and gave me peace of mind my fan wouldn’t fall on me. Great service! Thanks Kevin.
