Generally, I have been pleased with the service provided by Wired. However, due to poor communication from the technicians, my most recent experience to have a light fixture installed ended up costing much more than was reasonable! Long story short - the first technician determined that a light fixture could not be repaired, but had to be replaced. I purchased what I thought was the correct fixture based upon his guidance; the next technician determined that it was, in fact, not the correct fixture, therefore requiring another trip charge. So 3 trip charges later, and after 2 trips to the hardware store, the correct fixture was installed.As I do not have any electrical expertise, I depend upon the technicians to provide me with good information, but that didn't happen in this case. Trip charges and fuel/toll charges add up in a hurry! I will certainly be sure to be provided with better information in the future.

This company is a JOKE. They work at my house without pulling a permit, even though they promised me that they will go the city and pull one. They work and perform a lot of work without city inspections.Once I told Edgar that's not right. He got offended and ask me to pay him the remaining balance and told me he is not going to finish the job.I called another company which they pulled a permit and a brought a city inspector, and had to fix a lot of things that Dynamic Electric did.Not happy at all.

Had previously given this company a 5 star rating. This week, we have had them out to replace our external electric box, update our internal box to current codes.After this, we found out we needed to replace our entire A/C system. They came out the next day, then left without finishing the work (we found this out when the new A/C stopped working the next day and one of their techs informed us that it was not complete).They also told me they would schedule someone to come the next day and re-install our attic stairs (this wasn't scheduled until I spoke to their management on Thursday night). It's currently Friday, the stairs have finally been re-installed (took literally 30 minutes to do). There are exposed wires lying on the ground outside next to our condenser that have been spliced together and covered in taped and I've been getting an endless string of your on the schedule for today, but no ETA after being told the evening before that someone would be out before noon.Update: Have two customer concern escalation tickets logged. We'll see if they get in touch.Update 2: They called and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained the situation to the scheduler (which was probably my 9th time to explain it to someone) who was very understanding and helpful in escalating it. Someone is now on the way out to the house. This was a horrible experience.Update 3: Finally fixed. I should say ALL the technicians we're excellent. The issue with this company seems to be with the installation crew, a lack of communication in customer service and dispatch, and management (except for Rick who was extremely helpful). Not sure what happened to this company but it'll be a hard road to win back any trust from us.Pictured Below: Electrical safety!

Blanks Brothers was able to fit me into the schedule quickly. There was no cost for the initial estimate and the work performed was done quickly and with quality. Team wore shoe covers and masks to keep my home sanitized. I would highly recommend.

Greatly Disappointed! Service rep seemed very uninterested in giving me alternatives and pricing for a project. Didn't take the timeto lay out why one way would be better than another. Just basically said the way I was quoted from other companies was wrong, never offered a comprehensive plan to show what's right.

I had a sliding mirrored closet door thata ws broken. Louis, the dispatcher, and Noie, the repairman were both professional and responsive. The repair was originally scheduled during the middle of the deep freeze that hit Houston (Feb 2021). They called early to reschedule and kept updating me on delays due to icy roads and/or no power. Repair was finally accomplished and Noie couldn't have been nicer. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair the door.Highly satisfied. The door opens again without worrying that it's going to fall on me.

They did a great job! Very professional and on time. We will definitely continue to use them.
