Jose came on time. He was extremely professional and understanding. I had recently purchase a washer and dryer. But the dryer was not working. The people who dropped off the set recommend me contact an electrician to come out. Jose explained to me what the issue was and gave me a handful of options on how to proceed. He was not pushy about the most expensive option. But I just wanted to get the dryer up and running. And that is exactly what he did. He ended up replacing the 4 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet. And the dryer now works. Jose is friendly and has great house manners. Would recommend anyone to Paul Richard Electric. Thank you Jose for your amazing expertise.

Called in to get an estimate for outlet issues in our home and instead of going straight to costs, the gentleman I spoke to explained the root cause and helped me fix the issue on my own. I had called multiple other places to get an idea of costs prior to calling on time electric and nobody else offered that kind of customer service. Will be calling them back for future electric issues.

They are a dishonest and terrible company. Taking advantage of customers with a $148 service call fee that they do not inform you on beforehand... and then later lie about it. I agreed on the $40 amount with the technician paid in cash for 5min of work, resetting a switch. Just now posting because I saw this bill with a made-up story where they tried to get me to pay even more. Stop lying to customers guys and you won’t get this rating.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Don't use Wired for a home electrical project. I called, they came out and charged me 59.99 for a quote that was 3 to 4 times more than any individual, licensed electrician I got free quotes from through Nextdoor or Thumbtack.

Efficient professional

I had a whole house standby generator and automatic transfer switch installed at my 3 story townhome. It was not an easy installation as I had high expectations for the outcome of the final product. Meritage home builders contracted this company for electrical with my house. Wiring and plugs have worked well. My light switches have not. I have replaced about 15 light switches in my house to date. They are defective. My home warranty covered electric for 2 years. I replaced about 3 by the two year mark. After replacing approx 5, I realized this was more than a coincidence. I asked House of Power to furnish new switches and I would replace them myself. Their representative was rude and replied that it was not their problem. I offered to give supply the broken switches and that it was abnormal that switches that new were problematic.This company uses defective equipment. They are not customer service centered. They lack business integrity, being that they do not support their craftsmanship or product. A terrible experience overall.I am worried about the quality of the electrical system in my home and hope that I will have no further problems, other than possible having to replace the other 70 switches in my home over time. Each plug costs roughly $10. Right now I have spent about $150. Additionally I have spent about 20 minutes to replace each switch, approx 3 hours I will not get back.I hope that this review helps you to avoid using a company of such poor standards in both product quality and customer service.

Great service and professional people

Came out soon and gave an estimate for a small job. We approved the estimate and they came out the next day to install. The work was done as expected, quickly, and for the estimated price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

OMG responded very quickly and took a hands on approach to calculating how big of a standby generator I needed to run my whole house. They relocated and replaced my main panel with a larger capacity panel, trenched and ran over 40' of conduit, set my generator and transfer switch/panel, contracted a plumber for the gas connections, pulled all permits and inspections with the city of conroe. He came out to do the panel load test on February 22nd, he started the job on the 28th and he was completely finished and inspected by March 15th. Overall an excellent experience... I definitely recommend OMG.
