Paul and his team did a great job for us with some electrical installations and troubleshooting. The scope of work was well explained including cost estimates and timing of the work. Paul was very flexible fitting in the work with our schedule; he and his team were very courteous and did a thorough job leaving our house free of dust and debris following the installations. I thoroughly recommend Paul and his team and will definitely be using his services again if we need any electrical work done around the house.

Curtis is a real pro. From his quote to completion, his work was superlative. He took great precautions to protect our house and firnishings from his work and left the house cleaner than when he came. He even found our vacume cleaner and vacumed his work area before leaving. He kept us posted via text on each stage if the job. He deserves your trust.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. We had Lone Star wire a new electrical box with new fuses, add the wiring of outside lights and an outside outlet, and do all the wiring for a hot tub. We paid them cash. We have had nothing but trouble. The outside GFI plug kept switching off. It's been replaced 3 times, twice by Lone Star. The electrician who replaced it today waterproofed the housing and pulled a ground wire out of the wall to attach it to the plug. DUH! In too big a hurry to attach a ground wire? The spa is the biggest problem. The wrong wire was used underground, so now we have to pull out all the ground work and the spa to have the correct wire installed. Also we need a switch within 12 feet of the spa to cut off the power which is a requirement. This alone will cost us upward of $2,000. Lone Star isn't returning calls or answering text messages.They do not guarantee their work. The last time we spoke they wanted $600 to come out about the switch. I do not recommend them.

Had some issues with lighting in my home. These guys took the time to not only fix the issue but showed me how to fix future issues. Very helpful. Awesome service

We were having some serious electrical issues with our outlets and were able to schedule the same day. William was on time and even notified us that he was on his way. He was very thorough with his explanation about what needed to be fixed and was upfront with the pricing. I think he went out of his way to make sure that I understood what he was doing.
