New to the Richmond, Tx area and needed some immediate electrical work in home. They responded within 24 hours. The workmen listened carefully to my needs and went to work. Throughout the nearly 10 hours of work they coordinated as needed, made excellent suggestions about placement of can lights. Replacement of ceiling was masterfully completed. I had a great experience with Mike Ruiz. He is a Journeyman Electrician with Mr. Sparky. He did fabulous work for me at my home. I’m very pleased with how well everything works and the quality of the work. There nothing like having piece of mind when it comes to your electrician and I had that from the beginning with Mr. Sparky. They rescued my house from a less qualified contractor that did poor work on my house. The Electrician Mike Ruiz was very prompt, stayed late when needed and always made sure that I was satisfied with his work. I would recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone needing Electrician Services and I would use them again in the future.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

House of Power did my new home. I was not totally happy with my builder but they did a great electrical job. During construction they were very helpful with great ideas for a finished product that my wife and I could not vision during construction. After our house closed we had no issues with their work. They also came in and finished out our bonus room and were right on target with other bids. Great expierience overall
