Paul and his team did a great job for us with some electrical installations and troubleshooting. The scope of work was well explained including cost estimates and timing of the work. Paul was very flexible fitting in the work with our schedule; he and his team were very courteous and did a thorough job leaving our house free of dust and debris following the installations. I thoroughly recommend Paul and his team and will definitely be using his services again if we need any electrical work done around the house.

Brotherly love and this team is incredible. They did a large scale LED lighting package for me at a commercial project in woodlands. I had a crew for 3 weeks with just a 2 hour notice. I called West Houston Electric in order to have a Transfer Switch installed for my recently purchased mobile generator. I was scheduled for the arrival block of 10am to 12pm, the company called asking if I was free for the early slot of 8am to 10am. Fortunately, I was available.The tech assigned to my job, Rolan, arrived around 8:30 am. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Not just to me, but to the interior and exterior of my home. He was upfront about the process and pricing of the job I had inquired about.Once the prices, which were somewhat higher than expected, were discussed and agreed upon, he promptly began working on getting the Transfer Switch installed. The install is very clean, easy to use, and has some safety features as well.After the install, Rolan conducted a safety check of the house including outlets and smoke detectors. We sat down to discuss his recommended fixes and prices for them. Their prices are a little on the higher side, but they include their labor rate in the pricing of itemsThe overall experience was excellent, even with their higher than expected prices. I'd recommend Rolan to others seeking a professional and knowledgeable electrician. I will most likely call West Houston Electric and request Rolan for any future services.

Mr. Tam was great. My rental has mismatch copper and aluminum wire which cause some of the outlet to burn. He come and replace the wire and even told me what was the issue. Great guy.

6/30/22 Left my senior father at home to let the gentleman mount a fan in one of our bedrooms. The original fan was already down so it was just an installation. New fan is mounted, but won't turn on. He had no volt meter, and my dad still paid full price for a fan he can't use. The original fan had power before we took it down which would lead me to believe it's wired incorrectly. Be warned about handyman services. Even for small jobs like this.7/2/22 Never received that phone call supposedly trying to help fix the problem left by the handyman. And, just to be clear. There was a single faceplate with dual 3 speed switches. Meaning 2 switches existed on one faceplate. Not uncommon. The previous fan worked, and now the faceplate is off and the wires aren't even capped. You're assuming he wired to the guide, but since the fan is mounted there's no way to see without removing the fan. Also if this was out of the scope of the job, why remove the faceplate at all?.... Since the previous fan worked, deductive reasoning would lead to the conclusion that the new fan was improperly installed. A refund would be more helpful than any suggestions you could offer at this point. Since we will now be forced to reattach and rewire a faceplate that shouldn't have been removed, uninstall the fan, fix the wiring, and reinstall the fan.

OUTSTANDING. Sums it up. Our manufacturing plant was dead in the water. I spoke with Mark and he pulled a technician off of another job and sent him over to us. This was the FIRST time I had ever contacted this company. They will be our #1 electrician from now on. WAY TO GO! Customer service the way it should be.
