I can't say enough positive things about PHR! They took my 750-square-foot townhome that was falling apart and made it feel like a million dollar penthouse in around 7 weeks flat.

We remodeled our kitchen and our bathroom from the ground up. It involved demo, adding a water line, adding new electrical circuits, drywall, texturing, recessed lighting, cabinets, counters, plumbing fixtures, new tub, tiling (even on the ceiling!), and SO much more.

Our experience was second to none. The work — all the way from the design stage to installing the final touches — was high-quality, thoughtful, and expertly executed. Not only that, the PHR team was incredibly responsive, kind and just an absolute pleasure to work with.

I cannot recommend them enough!

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sunset Tile & Bath Have completed 3 relatively major upgrades for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area since 2017.. most recently this January. They have always been on time, giving prior notice on arrival. and have always done a first-rate job being mindful of cleanliness and being responsive to our requests. Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

We got six quotes and hired Better Bath Remodeling because they were flexible with our needs and were way better priced than the others. They arrived when scheduled and worked on both of our bathrooms simultaneously. Martine was there everyday and did an amazing job. He always cleaned up after himself and was someone we knew we could trust. When we asked to change the shower doors he was very accommodating and the owner Mike was always calling us to keep us in the loop of the timeframes for completion. We could not be happier with the way they turned out, would hire them again, and also recommend them to others.

We used Orange Cactus (family owned and operated business) for our bathroom remodel as we wanted a shower that would be easy to clean and minimize issues with hard water deposits. We visited their showroom (Ray Rd and the Freeway) and talked to Veronica. Orange Cactus sells and installs Onyx Collection products allowing for a solid surface installation with minimum to no grout. She came out and measured the bathroom and gave us estimate the next day. The installers did a great job installing the shower and counters and the area was always clean. I would recommend them and intend to use them again for our other bathroom. They also do kitchen remodels.

I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.

I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The project came out beautiful! I would recommend New Bath to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

Previously had two bathrooms renovated by Retro Pro. This time we moved out for renovation of entire interior: all new floors, baseboards, ceilings, crown molding, painting. Great results, house looks like new. The team did a super job, worked extra hard, and enabled us to move back in earlier than the quoted time!

We just had our new bathroom cabinets installed. Excellent work and beautiful cabinets! Vincent was professional and made sure the job was done correctly. Chris is always a pleasure to work with. We also had our kitchen remodeled with Cornerstone about 7 years ago. I could not be more pleased with it to this day.

Having her choose the design for us gave us such peace of mind to know that everything would be within the budget and create a cohesive look for our space. When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. We had our kitchen refaced by Better Than New Kitchens and are very pleased with the results. Our house was built in 2001 and kitchen cabinets were natural oak. I didn’t realize how dated and awful they looked until Dan and his team of professionals did their magic. Dan runs a meticulous business and I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. We also opted for drawer replacements and can’t emphasize enough how awesome they are. If you want a whole new kitchen look for way cheaper than replacement, Better Than New Kitchens is the answer!

I am not blowing smoke when I say this squad absolutely crushed our kitchen and flooring remodel. Kyle and his team provided top quality work with the utmost professionalism. My wife and I relocated to Gilbert, AZ from California in December 2021. We purchased a house that needed updating and promptly started looking for local contractors because we wanted to remodel prior to fully moving in. During our research, we came across Capital Mark Interiors. We were absolutely astonished by the projects showcased on the website, and we knew that we wanted to snag this team for our remodel. From California, sight unseen, we called and hired Kyle prior to even meeting him. Our phone consultation was super professional and we could tell that he was as knowledgeable and experienced as they come. He put us on the books for an opening in March. Within weeks of us hiring him, his team won a national acclamation for one of their kitchen designs. Talk about stellar timing. We entrusted our kitchen remodel with Kyle and his team, and because of the demand brewing for his services we went ahead and hired them for our bathroom remodels for an opening coming up in July. We did this before the kitchen remodel had even started. This is the vibe we got just from chatting with Kyle. We knew that we could expect high quality and that his team would deliver. These days it can be extremely difficult to find a contractor you can rely on. Kyle knows this and makes it his mission to defeat that expectation. Timing, quality, effort, professionalism all A+. Now that our kitchen and floors are done, we can officially confirm Capital Mark was the right choice. The transformation is nuts. We cannot wait to see how our bathrooms turn out this summer! Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
