This was our first time working with Phoenix Home Remodeling to completely remodel two bathrooms. From start to finish they were professional and the workmanship was outstanding. They helped guide us through our first remodel venture. We are planning to use them again as we have a few more projects to get done.

Needed new shower enclosure in master bath. Audra was great to work with to get estimate and schedule work, Kevin and his team were great, professional, on-time, polite. Yes, it took several months from start to finish but I'm very happy with the results.

We had a bad experience in the store with a salesman when designing a bathroom remodel, so why 5 stars? Because how management reached out and resolved was top notch. I had used Diamond Kitchen and Baths in the past, and referred them to others, so was glad to have the experience turned around into a positive. Great selection, better prices! Replaced existing bathtub/shower with stand-up shower. Plumbing fixture installations as well. Best investment ever for me! They were very professional and had it done in no time! It was a bit pricey and had me second guessing but looking back now it was well worth it! Old shower was dangerous for my elderly mother and you cant put a price one safety! The workers were very pleasant to be around and most of all we all love the shower!

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!

123 Remodeling team did a great job on my fairly large kitchen project. They remodeled a very dated kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the experience. Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!

We had a tub replaced and backer board installed to ceiling to tile the shower ourselves. The quote and billing process with Troy was pleasant and professional over which I’d give 5 stars. The install process with Dale was very professional as well. We did have some floor tile that were damaged during the demo and install of the new tub which was unfortunate as we had removed our old vanity and given plenty of room. It was very disappointing as we’d done a lot of work ourselves to make it easier on them. If an offer was made to decrease price on total invoice, I would have been much happier with the overall process. But the tub looks great and seemed a fair price. For overall job at completion I’d give 3 stars for damage.

The workers were on time, clean and efficient. The removed all the door framing and enlarged the opening to the bathroom to and added handicap access bars. They followed all Covid-19 procedures. The work was completed to my satisfaction.

We purchased a beautiful slab of granite and they installed it. we absolutely loved it and the overall experience was great. Everyone that came by to measure and install were courteous, professional and clean.
