Great experience great team and very punctual had a fantastic Remodel and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a serious company that gets the job done.

I am 100% pleased with Graco. My neighbor and I both had our flat roofs replaced. Abraham was really helpful and honest. They also followed up quickly after the sale when we had questions. They worked with my insurance company and everything was covered without compromising the quality of my roof. I am adding this for my neighbor, at his request because he doesn't like to post anything online.

The technician for Pro Bathtub Refinishing showed up early, did an awesome job, and was 100% legit & professional. My tub looks perfect! Would absolutely recommend them for any bath tub-shower refinishing work.

For my particular job they were able to give me an estimate via email and they stuck to it. They came out on short notice. The electrician that came out (Hiram), was on time, professional and personable. He did great work and clean up after himself as well.

We had two large bathrooms full of cultured marble -- double sinks and large tub surrounded by acres of cultured marble -- very outdated, discolored, cracked and ugly. We thought our only option was to tear out the tub and replace it with a new tub and expensive tile, and replace the sinks and counter tops. I decided to do a google search on refinishing cultured marble and Miracle Method came up. We talked with Blake at length about the process and decided this was a better alternative. Steven Bess showed up to start our job and from the first minute I opened the door, he made me feel confident and excited about the project. He was here for 5 days and we began thinking of him as our new son (Lol!). He was respectful and very particular about his work. He would bring us in to check out every step. I love it when I see people who love their work and are proud of what they do and that's the attitude of Steven. We so enjoyed our interaction with him, but the best part about it is the result. Our baths are absolutely beautiful! Thank you Steven, and thank you Miracle Method. We could not be happier!

It’s been over a year and have not been able to resolve our issues with the poor workmanship on the tile that they replaced. Trying to get a credit so i can have someone do it and now not returning emails. Will call them next.

They refunded the monies from the work done on the tile. Just disappointed that I have to find someone to remove the tile they installed and get someone else to replace. The other work they did was excellent. Again, they need a professional tile installer.

Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for cheap you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

Dale and his crew did an amazing job with our project which included building out our fireplace and creating our wine closet. We will be using this team for our future projects.

Need a actual honest to goodness Handyman that really does know what he is doing? This is the real deal! I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
