Pro Bathtub Refinishing refinished our bathtub and tile surround in our guest bathroom. It looked like new when they were finished. We were selling the house and many potential purchasers stated that the tub had been replaced--it was in fact the old steel green 1958 bathtub. The tile work also looked new. The service was exceptional, they showed up on time, protected the surrounding area, and made the bathroom spotless. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their bathroom brightened up.

I reached out to Handyman connection and the following day I had an email from Lana Rogers requesting more information about the cover I wanted built over my pool equipment. I sent that to her right away and never heard another thing. I sent another email suggesting that they were too busy to handle my request and still never received an email back. I was highly disappointed as I look and trust reviews about a business. This one didn't work out for me.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

My interactions with Roto Rooter started poorly. 2 months ago they supposedly fixed my septic tank for $3500. Then 2 months later they diagnose 'new' roots that were fully mature and had grown into the septic pipes in just a short time which they said they could fix for an additional $5000.

Needless to say these werent new roots and the $3500 I spent fixing my septic 2 months ago was money poorly spent and did not fix the septic. I was very frustrated and disappointed.

Thank goodness Tommy at Roto took charge. He contacted me and was very professional. He told me he would take care of the issue and he did. In record time. He investigated the issue, contacted his people at the company that had evaluated my tank previously and he came up with an effective, efficient and fair plan going forward.

He fixed my tank completely and I am extremely pleased with his work and service.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

They underbid the job and cut corners with painting. There's only 1 person with experience, the other 3 consist of 2 teenage boys and an elderly woman who needed constant direction. They bid it to be done in 3 days, took 2 weeks and some days they didn't show or call. They changed color and finish halfway through without notice. I don't recommend these people, they quit before they finished, so we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Watch out for the female boss, she controls the money and all of the shortcuts they take.
