We were looking to remodel our shower and met with numerous companies with pushy salesmen that quoted us ridiculous prices. Thankfully, we were referred to Aqua Therapy! Derek and his team were amazing. They were professional, they did exactly what they said they would do and gave us a beautiful shower at a reasonable price. We were able to get a better quality shower than the original companies were recommending. Soooo glad we chose Aqua Therapy! We couldn’t be more happy!

Retro Pro just completed a total remodel of 1 of our bathrooms, everyone did a 1st class job from start to finish. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful I found B3 Refrigeration. My air went out 2 nights ago, and they were able to come out to my home quickly, diagnosed the issue with in a matter of minutes, and were prepared with a replacement part on there truck! With in a few hours of the air going out my house was cooling off again. Thank you Shane for being professional and also for letting me know what I should do to keep my AC running good through these tough Arizona summers. Was referred by a friend to this company. Made an appointment for Friday, August 14th at noon. Dennis, the owner, did a no show. When I called his sec'y told me I was mistake and that the appointment was for noon on August 21st. I bit the bullet and gave them another chance. When Dennis had not shown up at 12:05, I called the office and was told he was running 30-45 minutes late. There is no excuse for not having received a phone call to let me know he was running late. I called my friend that recommended this company & told him the story. He will never recommend Qualtire again! I am a business owner and would never treat my customers in this fashion! 1 Star is a stretch...

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
