I recently had Holtzman Home Improvement do an extensive renovation on my primary home in Tempe. Everyone on the team (Ryan, Bruce, Brandon, Danny, and Melanie) was wonderful to work with--very conscientious and they all seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the work. Furthermore, their communication was impeccable throughout the duration of the project. I was routinely kept informed about the progress of the remodel and they were always available to answer any questions I might of had. Also--the online portal was an added bonus as I could log on at anytime to check what was on the calendar and also make payments conveniently.

The scope of work included raising the hallway ceiling, a/c work, re-doing the master-bath shower, patching and fixing drywall, replacing or moving lighting and electrical outlets, tile work, plumbing, and removing part of an exterior block wall to install a large new window in the kitchen. The tradesmen from each area: the plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. were all very professional and very thorough in their work.

Overall, I could not be happier with how everything turned out. I would recommend Holtzman Home Improvement to anyone without hesitation. I plan on being a repeat customer!

Todd Whittaker Drywall did a small remodel In our master bedroom, and from the day Todd came out to talk to us about the project, we felt very comfortable using his company to schedule the work. The estimate was fair and timely even though we had a couple of change orders. We can't say enough about his staff who worked relentlessly from the time they arrived to the time their day was finished. Their cleanup was exceptional! Our project was completed on time based on their original estimated work days. We are very pleased with the finished project, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. An unreserved recommendation from us!

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

Tony did a great job. I am already putting together my next To Do list.

Organized and competent team that has earned our respect. Not many.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

From start to finish Oron and team were so professional. Robert and Adrian were so knowledgeable and helpful when 2 directions came up with how to take the project. They used their expertise to successfully create a bedroom out of my office with reflooring, base boarding, painting, demo work, and installing the closet.
Will recommend them going forward and as I have work in the future would always use them myself.

As a contractor I found Home Solutionz - Phoenix to have comparatively better pricing for the materials I was looking for above the competition. They did offer a trade discount so perhaps thats what contributed greatly to my moving forwards. Love the service, Job well done!

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
