I am so pleased with the result of my kitchen renovation needed after water damage. The general contractor, Ken, closely monitored every phase of the project. The workmen he sent over for demo, flooring, cabinets, countertops, painting, and other jobs were friendly, professional, and completed their tasks in the estimated time. Brian walked away from finishing up a bathroom remodel project and stopped following up on a major tile supplier defect on another bathroom remodel project. He promised to resolve the issue but after stringing me along for about a year, he quit responding to my inquiries. So much for What you want, done right.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

We used ATR to hang wallpaper, mount a TV, and make general repairs. They did an amazing job at a very good price. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned everything up when done. While they were here, they made some additional repairs we didn’t even mention in the original call. It was amazing to see how well all the repairs were completed. I’m not sure there is anything this team can’t do. I’m so happy to have found them and will definitely be using them again!

Perfection is just one word I can use to describe what a magnificent remodel FHR Construction did on my master bathroom! From the very start with my first meeting with Oron, it was all smiles and professionalism, which continued on until completion. He took my difficult historical design and created my dream master bathroom. All of his contractors were kind, courteous, considerate, professional and superior to all I have worked with in the past ... A+ is an understatement!

Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

Andrew was awesome. He had great ideas that made our bathrooms turn our way better than expected. He paid close attention to detail and we’re so happy with the finished product!
