This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.

Gateway took great care of us after our we suffered major water leaks through our roof following a severe storm. They were there within a hour of our calling them to install equipment to dry out the house and prevent further damage, and handled the subsequent abatement process speedily and with good communication.
