They are detail oriented which is important during a kitchen remodel. They got all our work done within the expected timeline. Some companies in this space look to take advantage of home owners but not Phoenix Home Remodeling. They are the best and we will use them again.

We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. Every person who came to the house was so personable and nice and really treated our home like their own. We can't wait to work with them again on our upcoming bathroom remodels.

I am very impressed with XLT Construction Inc. We replaced an unused tub into a beautiful shower and in the Master we got rid of our small shower. Now we have a master piece. I really enjoyed picking out the materials the most. Everyone that showed up were very nice and professional. Great communication. Definitely recommend this business for your bathroom remodeling.

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. You don't EVER want to do business with these people. From integrity and honesty in the contracting and change order process (FAIL); to the scheduling and actually producing people to do work on schedule (Massive FAIL); to actually producing the schedule that they promise in their advertising but never produced until I complained about it, and then never came close to meeting (FAIL); to simple competence in translating their promises into drawings and contract language (FAIL), to the ability to perform the work with anything that looked like pride of workmanship, attention to detail, or even minimal competence (Massive FAIL as evidenced by the plumber who installed shower heads at a height lower than my head, and a bathtub that is leaking on and probably *under* our floor right now); to the price gouging for change orders to do what they promised to do in the first place (we said we would remove that soffit, but if you want that to look like it was done right and not leave a big scar across your ceiling, that will be a change order and more money -- another FAIL); to the screwed up master bathroom that left me paying for an entire slab of very expensive Azul Bahia granite from which we got a single lavatory countertop, and cabinets with a Frankenstein patch (big FAIL); to the claim that we would save money by purchasing through RWR at contractor's prices (another FAIL -- it took me one email to Spencer's Appliances to get the kitchen appliances for less money than RWR offered, and a couple of emails to Papagno's to discover that we were being gouged on the granite countertops); to the lack of respect for my property (including drywall mud inside a brand new thermostat for a brand-new $20,000 air conditioning system, damage to a glass pest border even after I warned them of the risk and offered to have it removed and replaced after their work was done -- no need for that, they said, and then ruined it with sloppy stucco work on the side of the house and breaking the glass under the front door); the list goes on and on. The substandard work was only corrected if and when I caught it and complained about it -- for just one example, they installed a medicine cabinet and broke the glass during the install. They turned the house over to me with the medicine cabinet broken, and didn't say a word about it. That's the way they operated and dealt with me from start to finish. When we have recovered from this experience, I'm going to have to hire another company to come back and fix the master bathroom so that we get plumbing that doesn't leak, and a room that actually looks like what we wanted. We didn't get that from these people. You don't EVER want to do business with Republic West Remodeling.

Keith and Serranos are unprofessional and not dependable. He gave me a quote for quartz countertops installation that was higher than other fabricators but I decided to accept it based on positive reviews. He didn't like the idea I wanted to buy slabs from Arista Stones, saying they are not responsible when their materials are defective. When I insisted because I liked the slab, he asked me to change my Sales Rep from the one I worked with to one he preferred. He said that my rep just got fired. As I heard none of these were true. I talked to a new rep, I bought a new sink and a faucet and, took a day off at work and was ready for templating. A day before, Keith just texted me, he was not going to do the project, without providing a reason. Regardless of Serranos response to this review, I would not use them and recommend to stay away.

They worked in an ever changing project without change orders and kept the project moving... they focused on keeping the budget tight and brought solutions to each problem we “encountered” as we peeled the layers of a remodel

What a great experience!! From day one we knew what we wanted and Mariano & Co. delivered. We were notified daily of the next days work and not once did they over promise and under deliver. We are very proud of the work they did for us and they will be our first call on any future products. The only issue we encountered was their loyalty to the SOONERS, other than that they were perfect. :)

Kitchen Tune-up was very nice to work with. They went out of the way to make sure we were happy with our end product.

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels. They were patient, customer-service oriented, and always remedied any issue we came up against. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We have gotten lots and lots of compliments!

I’m so happy with the work Wonders of Wood did for me. We asked them to repaint existing cabinets as well as design and install custom cabinets. They kept to their schedule, they were professional, and their work was great. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars though is because of their customer service. There were a couple hiccoughs in the process, for example they installed the wrong drawer panels. When I contacted them they immediately took accountability and remedies the error. The fact that they don’t hesitate to make it right for the customer makes them one of the best in the industry as far as I’m concerned!

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.
