I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! The install was completed very quickly and was super clean. The installers were professional and the communication was exactly as promised. I am in love with my new Bathroom!! Thanks Maxum!!!

From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Utilized Mesic in order to repair a water loss we had in our home. They provided great customer Service, Were responsive and helped to make sure things were done in a timely manner. We were back in our home within weeks instead of the 60-90 days we were originally told by the adjuster. We will use again!

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Mr. Eric Allen and his son Cameron were at our home immediately upon hearing of the damage. They worked expeditiously and spent the entire day remedying the situation. Not only did they stay until they found the source, they returned the following day (Saturday) at 6:00 AM to empty the effected areas. They moved all items to a storage facility. They worked in 110 degree heat until 5 PM that day, completely removing all wet drywall and insulation. They cleaned and vacuumed. They then installed many commercial dryers, answered any questions I had, in a very knowledgeable manner. They are by far a company that many could learn how to properly run a well oiled machine. I am going to advise people on Social Media, in the event they have an issue, in The Valley. They are a wonderful efficient team.They work tirelessly and are highly focused on superb quality service. I would give them a higher grade, if possible. They returned every day on a 24 hour interval to check their status & make appropriate adjustments, regardless of it being a weekend. They check every job, no matter how many there are. I have not experienced such exceptional customer service in my 57 years.
