Best House Roof in Phoenix AZ

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Todd and Austin couldn't have been nicer to work with. The exterior stucco is free of unsightly lumps! They answered our questions, managed the workload, and communicated with us on a regular basis with scheduling and what to expect. We are very happy with the outcome.

We asked Andrew to talk us through options with our Kitchen and Bathroom remodel and he was able to provide some amazing ideas and suggestions. All the work was professionally done and it was great to see everything come together. We ended up tearing down a kitchen wall, moving plumbing, electrical, and water lines, and a complete gutting and redo of our bathroom. Both look awesome!

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. We had a second home in Az. flood from an upstairs toilet. I gave them a code, they took care of everything, including assessing, fixing, big fans to dry out, mold prevention, patched and repaired ceiling. Couldn’t even tell we ever had problems. All for $5000. Great timely response, which was needed in this situation.

I am a not just a fan or Dion and the professionalism of his team-- I am a raving fan. We have had multiple issues with other contractors for home repairs that just weren't done properly. My house had stucco work that had been damaged by moisture and rain, ceiling work and painting from wear and tear, and interior painting and drywall work. Dion's crew genuinely cared about how clean our house needed to be, the procedures they needed to follow, the quality of service, post-repair clean up and the time frame our project needed to be completed. I would certainly hire Dion and his team as our GC in heartbeat for our home improvement needs.

XLT Construction made an appointment to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The gentleman came out, took measurements, and I never heard from him again. That would be fine, and the end of the story if XLT left me alone. But on at least 30 occasions over the past 6 months, i have received emails from XLT BEGGING ME to leave a review for them. I bit my tongue the first 29 times, but the harassment was relentless. Every other day I was being asked by this apparently horrible and inept company to give them a review. So THIS is that review: I found XLT unreliable, unprofessional, scary reckless and I company i would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. This should have been obvious to the owner(s) of the business, given that the original on-site estimator never prepared an estimate and disappeared from the face of the earth. Yet the owners are oblivious to this, consistent with their other business practices, and gambled that i might somehow have something good to say about XLT. I have NOTHING good to say about XLT.

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. Will definitely be using this service again for additional projects around my home and I highly recommend. Thank you Jeremy!

Now, I’m a returning customer of First Leaf Construction/Jeremy The Handyman. This time, Jeremy and team did an outstanding job fixing my old garage doors, replacing rotten window frame wood and patching areas of stucco for painting prep. I really appreciate their attention to detail and problem solving with my older home. Can’t rave enough about First Leaf Construction, highly recommend! Thank you.

Great place to work for

Nothing but positive things to say about ArDan and specifically TJ & Vinnie. The quote process at the start was quick and transparent. Right before the job started we threw a change into the mix and TJ didn’t miss a beat. Communication between the GC and you for a remodel/flooring job is crucial to know what’s going on and whether it’s tracking in time. These guys have daily updates when work was in progress and the overall communication exceeded my standards. And I have high standards. Looking forward to using ArDan again for a master bath overhaul.

BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.
