POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

After researching several kitchen and bath “remodeling “ companies in the greater Phoenix area, we found the perfect fit for us. Jeff, the owner of Stellar Kitchen and Bath came out to the house and spent time getting our ideas and tossing in his ideas and experiences until we agreed on the cabinet layout and bathroom(s) changes. We met with Jeff at the showroom, picked everything out and we were ready to rock and roll.
The entire project went smooth, ON TIME and on budget.
We couldn’t be happier with the look of our “new” kitchen and bathrooms and we are more than pleased with Stellar Kitchen and Bath! It’s such a relief to find a company with integrity and commitment to the customer.

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Rob was really nice but Joe did not deliver on any of Rob's promises. Subs never knew what to do and repeatedly came out with the wrong or no equipment or hardware. Shower glass had to be redone because they cut a random slit into the ponywall cap and just left it there hoping we would not notice. Nothing was ever done right the first time and when we pointed it out Joe always found a shortcut that looked terrible and only further delayed the project. The simple bathroom remodel took 8 months! I do NOT recommend!

I recently had my master bath remodeled and sought several quotes from various contractors. From the beginning, Troy was exceptionally detailed and upfront with everything that had to be done and what the cost would be. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the surprisingly low cost compared to the competition. I am soooo happy with how easy the process was and the outcome. I can't wait to have my smaller bathrooms done!

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.

I have only good things to say about Ruidoso Remodeling. They remodeled my entire home from start to finish. I researched providers for countertops for a year, including following ratings by customers. Petrus was consistently in the top-rated spot. When I made my decision to complete the project my first visit was with Petrus. From the initial visit and meeting with Fabio at the company headquarters to the finished project the people at Petrus were friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and professional in every way. The work was completed on schedule and the results are beautiful. I couldn't be happier with my choice of Petrus. I have other projects in mind, and Petrus will be my first call.

Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.

My wife, Rita Baumgarthuber, and I purchased granite for our kitchen and one bathroom and were so pleased with our purchase and installation. Our saleman, Steve, was very nice to deal with and helped us make the right choice of granite. We even got a free sink for our bathroom! Our installer, Jorge, and his team did a perfect job from beginning to end. We have had granite installed many times and this was just the best install ever. They cleaned up nicely and we can't even see the seams! I would use this company again for any granite installations. Prices were the best that we could find and we priced quite a few companies before making our selection. They have a huge selection of granite and quartz to chose from in every price range and give samples to take home.

Keith and his team are the best you can get. I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. Our kitchen countertops are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier. Thank you Keith and team for an amazing job!
