From the first meeting with James, I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He took pictures of the kitchen and explained what I was looking at and allowed me to ask questions. The second meeting was to discuss installation details. He was also very attentive and told me he would be on site and to direct any questions to him during the installation. I received personal attention every step of the way and the kitchen looks fabulous!!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

I hope my review will steer you away from pursuing business with Handy Connection. We initially reached out to Elizabeth Evans based on many of the reviews seen below, but our family has had a significantly different experience that we wanted to share.

Elizabeth came out to our home for an estimate for some electrical work. She explained to us that she typically prices out the work two ways, one with an hourly rate and another with a per item cost. Her ploy is to list two prices, but you will end up paying the higher price anyway.

They grossly overestimate their ability to perform the work they agreed upon. While a single fan and switch was added to my project, the initial timeframe to complete the work went from 4 hours to 5 separate visits to home. This is due to multiple damages that were created while attempting to complete the project. Between visits she left us with holes in our home both inside and out. Even more concerning is that I had to plead with her to come back between visits to finish the job, but she was reluctant per her own accord based on late-night drinking.

We payed for 2 skilled electricians to perform the work, but Elizabeth Evans showed up with her office secretary who per own admission it was her first time on a job site.

Her attempt to repair the damages that were created were incredibly poor. I had enough of her craftsmanship and did not wish for her to perform any additional work on our home. We asked her to not return.

Subsequently, I received a bill for an amount that was never agreed to. She never provided written change orders for pricing. The predatory billing is incredibly unethical.

I offered to pay the original amount and pay someone else to complete the work that they were incapable of satisfactorily completing. They refused and threatened to place a lien on our home over a difference of a couple hundred dollars. Complaints have been filled with the. BBB and ROC.

Trust me, there are better electricians out there. I urge you to please avoid using Elizabeth Evans, save yourself headaches, time, and endless frustration.

CAUTION: THEIR RESPONSE IS A LIE.
1) I NEVER REQUESTED TO HAVE TWO PRICING OPTIONS, THIS WAS OFFERED TO ME.
2) I ADDED A FAN AND SWITCH --> THIS EQUATED INTO 5 ADDITIONAL VISITS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
3) WORK THAT WAS ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE WE ELECTED TO NOT PERFORM (I.E. INSTALLING CAMERAS), YET WE ENDED UP WITH A SIGNIFICANTLY LARGER BILL TO ADD A SINGLE FAN AND SWTICH.
4) THE ADDITIONAL PRICING WAS NEVER DISCUSSED.
5) I NEVER THREATENED TO BLAST YOU, NOT SURE WHAT THAT EVEN MEANS. I DO WANT TO WARN PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
6) I'VE OFFERED TO PAY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE FOR THE WORK PLUS THE FAN, NOT YOUR BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING WITH 2X THE LABOR COSTS. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OTHER COMPANY'S ESTIMATES, JUST YOUR OWN.

I would recommend Granite Transformation for the excellent job they did installing our new counter tops with matching backslash. Nino and Tino were very professional and courteous throughout the job. We own multiple properties and have use them on several remodels. They are always professional, detail oriented and provide a quality product. They are reliable and finish on time. The price is always fair, not cheap but not overly expensive. They are worth the extra cost.

The Matthew’s Family, Garth, Rhonda, Faith and Staff are wonderful to work with, going to great lengths to make sure we were satisfied. Refacing is a real cost saver for kitchen remodeling our biggest concern was quality of the product and follow through by the contractor. The Matthew’s took care of that concern. The quality of the product we selected is great and the install, with exception of a few necessary corrections was seamless. All said and done KTU left us with beautiful new kitchen and Baths. We recommend this the concept and Kitchen Tune Up to anyone looking to update their kitchen and baths.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

We have used Yourson contracting for many years and for many projects at our home and business. Things like bathroom additions, bathroom remodels, roof repairs, removing walls, tile work, and everything that goes with those projects. They have always been upfront, responsive, and honest. The crews show up on time and always have been very attentive to being clean and cleaning up after themselves. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
