I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Okay I will call a company that is interested in business . Great job steve

COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. Easy to communicate and very empathetic to the remodel. They not only managed my issues with bad weather and a whole load of old bathroom issues, but was open to working through the issues with patience and grace. I was a little pessimistic regarding this type of walk-in shower remodel with my older home - but found true artists of their skill. I'm not easily impressed but this time… Absolutely!! Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

Juan is a man of responsibility and integrity. I am happy with the result of my 3800sq ft house. A friend of mine also hired G&C after looking at my house and she is happy as well!

This is my honest review after hiring Tim’s company to gut 3 of my rental properties in Phoenix, all of which are manufactured homes which needed extremely affordable restoration and remodeling services so I can sell and I can tell you from experience, Tim’s company;Mesic contractors is by far Maricopa County’s best manufactured and mobile home service company. Trust me guys, they are the best people in the city to do such good work. I suggest people opt for the service for repairs, levelling, foundations, awnings, roofing, skirting, painting, and more. I’ve now been using their remodeling services for more properties going on more than two years.

I really enjoy using Handyman connection. I recently purchased a house in the desert ridge area, and they have been really helpful for plumbing, electrical, and general fixing up the house stuff. I think they are a great company with good rates and a company that you feel good about the work they do

Acuity came out to look at my project, however they refuse to give any sort of estimate without a signed contract. Which was not disclosed at any point in time when scheduling or meeting. So not only does it seem suspicious that they won’t give me a price before locking me in, but clearly they don’t mind wasting both your time and theirs.
Clearly they are busy enough they don’t need the work, and could care less about potential customers.
Strongly do NOT recommend.

Robert Valenti of Project Construction is meticulous and sweats the small details. How many general contractors care about the joints of tile in a shower surround?

Not many.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

It isn't just tile—everything must line up and look clean and crisp. Notice the glass doors, cabinetry & general installation?

Having done two projects with him I hope to do more. If you are looking for someone who cares about their work—and most importantly, your satisfaction—look no further.
