This was by far the best remodeling company I have ever used. Everyone was professional, courteous, and all around great from the salesman to the installers. Magnus and Devion did such a great job on our tub to shower conversion. Love love love it. So happy we went with Dreamstyle for this.

In addition they removed my old popcorn from garage. Crew was always on time and started the date agreed upon. Only thing I would of liked to see was more thorough clean up around the garage door assembly. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the work.

Unscrupulous business, calling my mother trying to get a hold of my EX-WIFE to try and sell her on some home remodel. Called numerous times throughout last month. Get your records in check, make sure you honor your DO NOT CALL requests and stop the harassing multiple phone calls.

I am so happy with my kitchen/family room words cannot even describe! When I wanted to do my remodel there was never a doubt that Retro Pro would be the company to do it! I have used them over the years and was excited to team up with them to do a complete transformation. 20 years of outdated counter tops, cabinets and family room nooks, I went with everything new! Quartz countertops with waterfall edges, LED lit cabinets, gorgeous sink and in the family room an 8-foot liner fireplace. I could go on-and-on..

Not many.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to get it right. Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

It isn't just tile—everything must line up and look clean and crisp. Notice the glass doors, cabinetry & general installation?

Having done two projects with him I hope to do more. If you are looking for someone who cares about their work—and most importantly, your satisfaction—look no further.

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

I have been waiting three months for windows to be installed. I have paid half already and plan on selling house end of the month with no options on what to do.
